Ross Henderson

Owner / President

Rooted in faith and family, Ross brings more than insurance expertise to REC Roofing. Ross is a pastor’s son who’s family started a church in June 2000, Ross built on that foundation of service with a degree in Business/Interpersonal Communication and more than a decade living and working in Texas. He’s a licensed insurance adjuster who has served in two executive roles at Zurich North America, bringing extensive experience that gives him a rare, inside-and-out understanding of how roofing, documentation, and insurance truly intersect. Ross and his wife are raising two daughters, and he brings that same family-first integrity to every job—insisting on clear communication, clean job sites, and craftsmanship that lasts. Under his leadership, REC’s adjuster-led approach helps Dallas–Fort Worth and East Texas homeowners move from stress to solutions with honest guidance and a plan that’s easy to say “yes” to.

Rich Gaona

Project Coordinator

Rich Gaona is a Grand Prairie, TX native who loves serving people—at church, in the gym, and on every project he coordinates. After five years in restoration, Rich has extensive knowledge in handling insurance claims. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him volunteering at church or cheering on his kids’ sports.`

Garrett Boring

Production Manager

Stephenville native Garrett Boring loves serving people and making tough situations easier. With a customer-service background, he puts homeowners’ needs first and communicates every step. Off the job, Garrett’s with his family, catching Texas Rangers games, or playing golf. He attends church in Mansfield and volunteers through church, youth baseball, and Mansfield Mission Center.

David Allen

Regional Manager, East Texas

David Allen lives in Tyler TX, and spent 12 years in law enforcement before working for one of the nation's largest insurance companies. That experience gives him a high level of expertise in the proper handling of insurance claim restoration projects. He’s calm under pressure and skilled at guiding clients through regulations and next steps. Off the clock, he’s with his wife and four kids.

Frankie Schell

With 20+ years in Branding, Web Design, and Marketing, Frankie keeps REC’s communication clear and our systems organized—so homeowners get a smooth experience from first call to final walkthrough. Off the clock, he volunteers at his church and plays in the church orchestra.
